About Jennifer

Art has been a constant thread in Jennifer’s life, first appearing in childhood as what others called “an artistic flair.” Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, in a family of creatives, she was immersed in a world of music, poetry, and visual art from an early age.

Her early career paths reflected her creative spirit—earning her Red Seal as a chef and designing intricate, custom cakes. But when motherhood and a corporate career took center stage, art quietly moved to the background.

Still, creativity remained in her bones, waiting to resurface. As her son grew older, Jennifer returned to art with renewed passion. She immersed herself in painting and community, joining the Calgary Sketch and Painting Club, the Federation of Canadian Artists, and the FCA Calgary Chapter. Today, she continues to explore and refine her craft, driven by a deep and lifelong connection to visual storytelling.
